ECS, a world leader in the automotive industry, has released an update to FEMFAT 5.0, software for fatigue life prediction for all structural parts of vehicles, modules and components.

FEMFAT (Finite Element Method Fatigue) performs fatigue analyses in combination with all leading finite element systems considering a multitude of fatigue influences including stress gradient, mean stress and various influences from production processes.
