I thoroughly enjoyed this book. You get the sense that this is a new author but, it does not detract from the flow of the story. The premise itself is engaging and I found myself wondering what happens next. The novel ends completing the story without cliffhangers. Hopefully this will be a trilogy and not a never ending series. This will be an author that I will watch for in the future and look forward to what he will have to offer. Now I shall begin the second book with higher expectations.
