What an intriguing idea an art Gallery guard with a family past that is not good.Marie applying for the position was not one of desire to repeat history of her great-grandfather Ted who held the position before her. Instead she took it for the lack of doing much anything else. She was warn that it was very boring and for the most part people move on do to the boredom. It didn't stop her and she goes on to meet interesting coworkers, a former bank guard and others who seem to hold this position after life time carriers in other fields. Its not all that boring as one guard passed away while on duty and she learns more of the crazy Mary who slashed the painting her great grandfather was there to protect. I couldn't but help think of this as a Woody Alan type of film while reading this dark but humorous encounter.
