So, just let me say, as a fan of Sleepy Hollow, this was such an incredibly was fun read and a great refresher for the first season of the television show, though this book is somewhat slower paced than the shows clever pacing. Written in diary form, the book follows the episodes, but gives a great deal more background information about what was happening between Ichabod and his wife prior to his passing. This is an enjoyable and well-written book for Sleepy Hollow fans, and I’m hoping that more of Crane’s journals are released.
