We all need to share and backup documents. Some products like
TimeMachine backup your documents, but don.t let you share them.
Other products like email and file servers let you share documents
but don.t back them up. DocHaven does both well. Imagine your
documents are like a video in Blockbuster. Many people can share them,
but only one at a time. You can take them out, work on them, then put
them back into Blockbuster. While you have them out, no one else can
access them until you put them back. Each time you put them back it
keeps the the previous ten versions in case you make a mistake.
You can store files up to 2GB as a project in DocHaven.
