Marisa Papen has created a beautiful calendar for an important cause - The calendar, which features 9 photographers, shot in 9 contries, turns the spotlight on plastic pollution in the ocean and supports Mission Blue, an initiative to ignite public support for the protection of Hope Spots—special places that are vital to the health of the ocean.
Plastic pollution has a toxic impact on humans, animals, and the entire environment, but we can do something about it.
Make a little difference on your own and set an example. Bring reusable items with you, bring your own shopping bags to the store, refuse plastic when it’s offered, go for the sustainable options like glas and paper, and follow and support the likes of Mission Blue and Plastic Pollution Coalition.
