FIXES:
- (WIN Only) The plugin didn't start because of a missing .NET component.
- Maxwell Texture Override map forgot its changed values.
- (OSX only) The installer doesn't write the plugin file in case the Rhino MacPlugins folder didn't exist.
- (OSX only) Maxwell Tool palette command which should open a new FIRE window didn't work correctly. This is due to a Rhino OSX limitation - removed that option from the Maxwell tool palette.
