This is a diet cookbook to go with Timothy Ferriss 4-Hour Body book. I think its great.
I really recommend you go and buy his book like I did, as the download one doesn't do it
or him justice, so respect Timothy for all those years of hard work. (As you will see
when you read his book, so go get it)
