The MP3 Playlist Maker application was designed to be a very
handy tool to create / edit audio playlists: great for
getting a "handle" to manage all your tunes.

An M3U file (play-list) is a plain text file that contains
the locations of one or more media files that the media
player should play. Each location is placed on a new line.
The locations care absolute pathnames (e.g., "C:\My
Music\Whatever.mp3").
