My roommate bought this a few weeks back, paid a bunch for it, and he
wouldn't let me rip it from him, so I did it while he was out of the
house, haha.

It's a pretty good guide, and it's been working pretty well for both
him and I for a few weeks now. I'd definitely give it a try. I've read
a few books like this before, but this one's definitely the best.
It condenses the method into only a few pages, and pretty much walks
you through step by step. My roommate says it's the best investment
he's ever made. Little does he know I paid 7 less than he did!!
