The Cisco Mobile Client is the software application that is installed on
the mobile device from which a user will access available network services.

The Cisco Mobile Client provides a seamless tunnel to the Cisco Home Agent
router that is handling the services that are being accessed. The client
communicates with the home agent using the Mobile IP protocol, optionally
secured by IPSec using Cisco VPN Client software and the Cisco IOS router
or Cisco VPN 3000 series concentrator.
