Training in the fusion ( or rather in the style of Ellen Barrett ) .
There are elements of yoga, pilates , dance, aerobics with minimal weights .
Requires light dumbbells , mat . The instructor works barefoot.
It starts with a warm-up exercise ( approx. 6 min. ) , Then use dumbbells ( approx. 20 min . ) , Followed by a segment of the gym , running on the floor ( approx. 10 min.) , At the end of a hitch and stretching (about 4 minutes).
