Notifications on new product information and Alerts on approaching lifecycle millstones can easily be configured through Cisco Active Advisor. Note: You will have to enable uploading device information to Cisco Active Advisor. To do this, go to Application > Preferences > Product Improvement.
Cisco Network Assistant 5.8.7 introduces new support for Wireless Controllers as well as Catalyst 3850 Series Switches. Through Cisco Network Assistant's new Wireless menu (under 'Configuration') you can apply the following configurations on wireless controllers and the 3850 switch:
