"OUTER - ART" is a movement set up by Florentin Smarandache in 1990's
(as a protest against random modern art, where anything could mean...art!)
and consists in making art as ugly as possible, as wrong as possible, or
as silly as possible, and generally as impossible as possible!

It is an upside-down art!...to do art in the way it is not supposed to
be done...
