GEOMETRY
Steel sections from around the world,
including UK, US, Europe, Japan, Perwaja
and others, are available within the
section database.

Fastrak will allow simultaneous use of
'pinned, 10% fixity for sway and 20%
fixity for displacements' as per SCI
advice and the new BS 5950.

Haunches may be cut from section or
plate. Facilities are provided to ensure
the maximum economy of section cutting
is available. This is typical of the
attention to detail engineered into
Fastrak 5950 software.

LOADING
Practically any loading type can be
input. The software provides optional
automatic calculation for snow loading
to BS 6399 and wind loading to CP3 and
BS 6399.

Fastrak automatically calculates the
notional horizontal loads required for
inclusion in load combinations for lack
of fit, and sway stability.
