Theodor de Bree (1528 - March 27, 1598) was an engraver, goldsmith, editor and publisher, known for his descriptions of early European expeditions in the Americas. De Bree created a large number of engraved illustrations for his books. Most of his books were based on observations of the first researchers. In the distribution are illustrations from the book: Thomas Harriot - A briefe and true Land of Virginia (1590) in two versions, black and white and color and work from other books in good resolution. Engravings tell about the life and life of the American Indians in the pre-Columbian era and the era of colonization.
