A compilation of recipes from residents of the Forest Park Apartments (married/
family housing) at the University of New Hampshire, this cookbook offers a
"culturally rich" variety of recipes (20 identified countries). Perhaps you'd
like to try Babagonuche (Brazil) as an appetizer or perhaps Cream of Carrot Soup
(Sri Lanka), followed by a main dish of Palm Nut Stew (Cameroon) or Posthaustopf
(Germany). And then have Nthochi Cake (Malawi) or Arroz con Leche (Columbia) for
dessert.

2. Moment-US~Exploring and Embracing Our Diversity 2010 Cookbook

This collectiuon is not as well proofed or organized as Forest Park, but it
still has a nice variety of recipes to try. Choucroute Garni (Belgium), Palacsinta
(Hungary) Soto Ayam (Indonesia), Lomo Saltado (Peru)...
