Programme "Strengthening the body ~ Basics " built in the therapeutic key: it improves blood circulation and strengthens the upper body , hips and legs . Execution mode is very smooth , soft , quite relaxing. Showing 10 segments of asanas , each lasting 5-6 minutes. Each segments are explained in detail and demonstrates the art performing several asanas. It begins with a 3- minute rhythmic breathing and ends 4- minute shavasana . Slow and methodical show Kali Ray includes performing asanas in prolonged static hold. Of program , you can select multiple segments and variirovat them for a half-hour practice. The program is perfect for beginners as well as for others involved in those days when you want to practice yoga in a soft unobtrusive mode and nice to relax the head. There is no Surya Namaskar or dynamics.
Calming flow sequences gently strengthen while fostering relaxation
There are 2 parts to Strengthening. The first is a series of continuous flow of postures designed to increase circulation and strength in the upper body. The second series focuses on increasing circulation in the lower body, while building strength in the hips, legs, and feet. TriYoga founder Kali Ray calls this DVD your "Daily 10" in that it contains 10 posture segments (all chaptered), each about 5-6 minutes long. In addition, the practice begins with a 3-minute rhythmic breath section and ends with a 4-minute relaxation.
