PumpLinx ® software is an extension of CFD SimericsMP ® and provides unique opportunities for analysis and design of liquid pumps , motors, valves, and other elements of hydraulic systems with rotating / sliding components. Included modules for calculating the hydrodynamic flow , thermal calculations , turbulence model for the motion of solid particles and moving / sliding mesh. Hydraulic module takes into account the influence of cavitation vapor -free gas and fluid compressibility . The mesh generator settings model , implementation and post-processor are summarized in one graphical user interface (GUI).
In PumpLinx ® provided templates / modules for the different categories of components and systems. These patterns and components listed below can be used to improve efficiency, minimize cavitation , load detection , monitoring pressure fluctuations and reducing noise.
