COSIMIR - oriented modular simulation of robots
COSIMIR - three-dimensional simulation system of robots MITSUBISHI. Package operates on 32-bit operating systems MS Windows. COSIMIR equipped with functions for planning of robotic modules , check the compatibility of all programmed positions and placement optimization . All sequences of movements and manual operations are simulated without connecting the hardware to avoid conflicts and optimize cycle time. After testing and simulation You can download the program directly to the robot controller by RS232 or optional interface which channel Ethernet (TCP / IP). Ethernet interface can also be used to connect the robot controller to the Internet that help you diagnose and reprogram the robot from anywhere in the world. COSIMIR supports all robotic simulation module. This means that in addition to the simulation of movements of the robot , you can also simulate its interaction with external equipment. COSIMIR provides realistic simulation of the gripping and transport processes . To simulate the electrical connections between the components of the module COSIMIR enough to connect the inputs and outputs , as if you were doing it in real conditions. For example, to control the output of the conveyor in the program the robot need to connect one of the outputs of the controller of the robot to the input conveyor control .

COSIMIR supports all series of robots Mitsubishi MELFA. You can create a program or a language or a MOVEMASTER COMMAND MELFA BASIC and then debug the program on your computer directly . Simulation and robot programming is carried out in the same language that drastically shortens the learning curve .
