All the bureaucratic scolding in Washington won’t stop CIA Agent Jordan Sandor when he’s hungry for revenge. His newest target: Venezuelan drug lord Adina, a coldblooded sociopath with a taste for slaughtering innocent people—including Sandor’s close friend.
