With version 8.0 decisions on the basis of alternative design variants are getting easier: SIMULIA Tosca Structure.morph allows for the fast and easy change of geometry and thus the creation of numerous design variants. Geometry changes are directly applied to the existing finite element mesh avoiding the step back to CAD.
