Auf den 33 Seiten finden sich vor allem Informationen über die Baugeschichte der Arena und der dazugehörigen Nebengebäude. Dazu gehören Pferde- und Stierstallungen, eine Reithalle, die Ausläufe und das Museum, das unter einem Teil der Tribünen untergebracht ist. Sicher, der Stierkampf ist heutzutage äußerst umstritten, aber man kommt in Ronda nicht daran vorbei, zumal diese Stierkampfarena noch zum Königlichen Reitclub gehört. Um 1754 wurde hier der Grundstein gelegt. Das Gebäude und auch die Geschichte der bekanntesten einheimischen Stierkämpfer ist allemal interessant, eben weil die Überlieferungen so weit zurück reichen und anhand von Aufzeichnungen, Briefen und Urkunden belegt sind. Solche Arenen waren, und sind nicht nur Orte des Kampfes, sondern auch Reitschulen, in denen die klassische andalusische Hohe Schule gelehrt und gepflegt wird.

33 pages full of infos about the architectural history of the bull-fight arena and it's adjoining buildings. These are the stables for the horses and the bulls, the riding school, the space to run about in, and the museum, which you'll find under a part of the grandstand. Sure, the bull-fight is today very contested, but in Ronda leads no way around this feature, mainly when you know, that it is part of the possesion of the Royal Riding-Club. Around 1754 the history of this stadium begins. The building and the history of the well known toreros are interesting however, especially if you know that there are quite a lot of paintings, letters, and documents to tell the story. Beside the bull-fight the arena is not only a place to fight but also a place where the classical andalusian dressage is preserved and tought until today.
