You can also save the selected messages in different formats like EML, MSG, RTF, HTML, PDF, DBX, or MBOX. Alternately, to save any message from the search result list, simply right-click it and choose the desired format to save the message. How to read mails saved in EML, MSG, RTF, HTML, PDF, DBX, and MBOX formats
In order to read the saved messages in EML and MSG format you need to install MS Outlook on the system. Saving the PST as DBX means that you need MS Outlook Express to import the DBX file and read the mails. The MBOX file can be imported to any mail application, such as Spicebird, Eudora, Thunderbird, and SeaMonkey. Whereas, to read RTF, HTML, and PDF files, you need to have WordPad, browser, and PDF reader respectively.

Similarly, you can split the PST file in the size range of 500 MB, 1000 MB, 1500 MB or 2000 MB. If you opt for date, the tool will split the PST according to the dates specified.

Recover the Calendars Entry
The tool provides five Calendars option to work with. You can click the "Calendar" option from the bottom left of the interface. Using this option, you can list entries for a Day, Work Week, Week, or a Month.

Get the Lost Contacts Back
The tool has the capability to recover all the Contacts from the user mailbox. Once the scanning process is complete, you can preview all the contacts of the user mailbox by clicking the “Contacts†option from the bottom left of the interface. You can import the contacts along with the repaired PST file. However, if your contacts are in the Personal Address Book (PAB) format, then you have to import them manually.
