I have read this book three times since I've received it and I am amazed that every time I read it... it just gets better. Once again Lisa Eugene has found a way to not only engage my mind but my heart with this incredible story of overcoming true obstacles, insecurities and fears in order to find love. She cleverly breached the sensitive issue of mental illness and found a way to endear this man, who is struggling with it, into my psyche. With determination and fearlessness Angie Roberts found a way to break down the walls that Grayson has erected to keep himself safe. And while some of his fears are unfounded and created by the illusions within his mind it doesn't mean that they aren't real. Grayson and Angie find themselves fighting not only his mental illness but real adversaries that want nothing more than to destroy what may be his only chance for happiness. You'll fall in love with these characters and will find yourself questioning the stigmas that our society has successfully created in regards to those who battle with mental illness. Hats off to you Lisa Eugene for stepping outside of the box and creating something exceptionally beautiful with Grayson.
