I completely enjoyed reading this novel. The first time I read it, I finished it rather quickly because I was so eager to turn the page to see what occurred next in Holly's adventure. After I read it for a second time, I thoroughly enjoyed the depth of each individual character, and how they developed their relationships among each other. The author successfully brought to life the range of emotions encapsulated within her main characters, and those feelings were adamantly portrayed in the text. The flow and transition among Holly and Luke, and their undeniable connection to each other is so vividly described, the reader cannot help but be catapulted into their world. I enjoyed how there were surprises around every corner, and how those surprises were constantly revealing themselves to the reader throughout the whole novel. There are parts of romantic fancy, suspense, intrigue and simple happiness that greatly appeal to all range of readers. The ending itself is such a cliffhanger, the reader cannot wait for more. I definitely found this novel appealing and I am looking forward to the continuation of Holly Nather's adventure.
