In this latest offering from Alexia Purdy, we meet two sisters, Audrey and Live, living life on their own terms. They left home during their teenage years and spend their days singing in dive bars up and down the coast of California. The story starts out in Arizona where Liv lifts some money from a bar owner she worked for. They hightail it to California. On the way, they meet a blind man named Saul who joins their duo. At one of their gigs, Liv is accosted by Jonas who paid off what they stole and now they owe him.

What ensues is the beginning of an exciting tale of Liv and Audrey. We are treated to tidbits of their past that has led to the present. Yet, we are left with more questions than are answered. This leads to a mysterious ride where we hold on waiting to see what will happen next and if more of their secrets will be revealed. Where will it all lead? Will it end well or are they in terrible danger? Only the next installment will tell.

The Fall of Sky is a four-part Novella series that has started out great leaving the reader wondering what will happen next. It pulls you in and leaves you wanting to know more.
