Simple to deploy and operate, the Cisco VPN Client enables you to
rnestablish secure, end-to-end encrypted tunnels. This thin design,
rnIPsec implementation is available free of charge via Cisco.com at the
rnURL below for use with any Cisco central site remote access VPN
rnproduct. A media CD is also included with the Cisco VPN 3000 Series
rnConcentrator. The client can be pre-configured for mass deployments
rnand initial logins require very little user intervention. VPN access
rnpolicies and configurations are downloaded from the central gateway
rnand pushed to the client when a connection is established, allowing
rnsimple deployment and management, as well as high scalability. The
rnCisco VPN Client provides support for Windows 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000,
rnXP, Linux (Intel), Solaris (UltraSparc 32- and 64-bit), and Mac OS X
rn10.1 and 10.2 (Jaguar). The Cisco VPN Client is compatible with the
rnfollowing Cisco products:
