1. "History Man"

Prentiss and McCabe have their work cut out representing a celebrated history presenter
whose latest 'discovery' is revealed as a fake by a newspaper editor. To make matters
worse, their newest, talentless client is making ridiculous demands.

2. "Pope Idol"

Prentiss and McCabe take part in a charity football tournament, but Charles doesn't
quite play the game. He is more interested in the case of a brilliant Welsh footballer
who wants to convince authorities he's English so he can compete in the next World Cup

3. "Tory Woman"

Tory MP Joanne Standing lands in trouble after insulting her leader, so it's up to spin
doctor Prentiss to rejuvenate her career. Meanwhile, McCabe lives in fear of physical
assault from an irate celebrity chef after messing up his latest restaurant opening night.

4. "Mr Fox"

Claiming he was out hunting for foxes at night on Hampstead Heath, the Health Secretary
is caught up in a gay sex scandal which Martin must spin. While Charles duels with PM's
Press Secretary. Alison tries to enlist a young rock star as a safe sex advocate.

5. "Country Life"

The Real Country Union pressure group launches itself as a political party, and enlists
Charles and Martin to represent it. However, a few sinister revelations about the union
put Charles' belief that he can spin the unspinnable to the test.

6. "Burn and Crash"

Prentiss-McCabe is struck by scandal when one of their most lucrative clients, comedian
Alan Boardman, is caught on camera beating up his girlfriend. Charles sets out to save
both their careers with a plan that is morally dubious even by his standards.
