This utility is used to open a port on a host machine and redirect it
to another host. It is useful if your workstation is behind a firewall
and you can't usesome ports like irc, etc. Once initialized, the bouncer
hides himself in the system tray. It's a win32 and linux program and it
was designed to use as little memory as possible.
