Tonight, Red Lantern owner and chef Luke Nguyen reaches the beautiful beaches of the
east coast of Vietnam, stopping to visit relatives in Phan Thiet. At his family's noodle
store at a busy market, Luke and his parents prepare a traditional local dish. Then on
the waterfront at Mui Ne, he wanders through the chaos of the early morning fish market,
then creates a delectable razor clam salad right on the beach. Finally, he prepares
traditional rice paper rolls using the freshest of ingredients.
