The piXplorer was designed to be an Internet Explorer
extension that creates fullscreen slideshows from the
images on any online web gallery or web page without any
need to wait for the galleries to be downloaded nor having
to run any external programs.

You only have to right-click over a web page and select the
'piXplorer: Launch Slideshow' menu option. piXplorer
creates a fullscreen slideshow almost instantly and you
don't have to do anything else!
