The proposed book describes the methods of cutting and sewing corsets and crinolines of the 18-19th centuries. The book is well illustrated and unique in that, unlike most publications (Russian-language ones in particular), it contains scaled patterns of corsets and crinolines of the time that can be used for historical reconstruction or stage costumes. Text and all explanations for illustrations in English, which, however, should not be a problem for people who have experience in cutting and sewing.
The volume of the book is reduced by lowering a part of the illustrations-drawings, which can be found in a variety on the Internet.
