O'Neill accurately wrote the basic course 51-76 pages, then the text goes on an advanced course. It is interesting that it is recommended that during the development of the basic course, more time be given to the accuracy and correctness of the execution of movements, even at the expense of speed. "Although the speed of performance is also important, but without accuracy it does not matter." Elements of the same advanced course are always recommended to train with max. speed. The difference in approaches is visible. What a gag was added to FM21-150 amer. the military is unknown.
