This 1968 reissue of Montague Summers' The Vampire in Europe: True Tales of the Undead is a true,
no extras reprint of the 1929 work. The five chapters include histories and folklore of vampirism
in both eastern and western Europe. Some knowledge of geography (and European history) helps because
of post-1929 political change. Some countries discussed include Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland, and Russia.
