cookbook has wonderful photographs of recipes that are organized by fresh, seasonal availability.
Each recipe provides clear prep steps and information about freezing. Perhaps the two most useful
features are the opening recipe planner with prep times and the entire section on techniques -
from making stocks and herbal butters to rescuing a too stringy soup and garnishing. Even those
who don't "like" soup will probably be tempted to try one of these.
