You can now insert 'blank' time into the middle of the timeline without having to manually drag tracks to create space. You can also remove unwanted blank time.

Additional Controls for Callout Label Shapes
The line weight and color of the callout label shape can now be managed independently of the leader line. There is also an option for a fixed size label shape.

Annotation Symbols
You can now associate a 3D symbol to a part so that it moves with the part. In addition there is more control over the orientation and insertion point of the symbol.

Accurately positioning a 3D symbol when inserting it into a figure is much easier. You can optionally have the symbol associated to a part so that it moves and hides with the part.
Global Control for Show Path in 3D
You can now set whether to show the path in 3D at the illustration level.
What is the benefit of this enhancement?
It is now possible to choose whether to see the animated path in 3D by default and to toggle the visibility of the paths on/off at the figure level.
Hybrid Callouts
You can now create callouts with both referenced attributes and editable text.
What is the benefit of this enhancement?
This allows you to have callouts displaying attributes values as well as editable text that can be specific to callout instance.
Improved Publishing Efficiency
Publishing has been optimised to use less sytem resources.

New System Properties for Callouts
You can now create callout templates with file properties such as File name, Figure name, Author & Source Language.
