For some reason, the author no longer appears to be selling this through his site.. So, I guess the only way to obtain this is really by p2p, save buying a used copy from someone else...
Start by reading the file 'The Genius Dip Report.pdf'. It was released for free as a presentation of the reasons behind him developing the product he was hinting at back in October 2008. This was released in early 2009
