With this Crystal Bowls Chakra Chants torrent, I am including additional information about chakras that you may or may not find useful.
I have included an image of the location of the chakras and the colours associated with them. It is useful to put our attention on those points during meditation although not necessary while listening to the music. Having said that, do whatever you feel comfortable with. The image is for those who want to know the locations and associated colours of the chakras.
Also included is an extract about Chakras from Donna Eden's book, Energy Medicine. It is interesting to learn how the chakras work and how our environment is affecting us on a daily basis via our chakras. Then we will realise how important it is to keep our chakras balanced.
According to the book, chakras can pull in energy from our environment (including bad energies from the people around us) and can also send energy outward into the environment (pg 142). The information here is fascinating to read !
Hence it would be helpful to listen to the chakra chants when we arrive home from work to clear the negative energies that we have collected from other people.
Or we can even listen in the morning before we begin our day and start interacting with other people. It could help us deal with our day better. Or listen anytime when you want to relax.
By listening to these chakra chants, we will eventually become more aware of what is going on around us and take a step closer to understanding why we are the way we are.
