Knowbody introduces a simple solution based on Adobe's XMP standard.

Current workflow solutions often require large databases, that documents
have to be signed into.
There is no longer any need for this complexity!

The only thing you need to do is set up which job folders you wish to
monitor. And all your to-do lists will show up in simple lists. And this
is all done without having to open any InDesign documents. The state of a
document is found via the XMP data provided in the document. This XML data
can be read by MAO XMP Search directly.

So: Because it's simple ... everyone knows how to use it!

* Have To-Do lists automatically updated
* Option to monitor multiple folders in 1 job
* Everything is based on pure InDesign documents
* Distribute you defined workflow directly in the InDesign documents
(The use of "packages" has been successfully used before in Cool
Kerning)
* You no longer need to open documents to watch the Link Palette.
Image status for multiple documents can be watch directly.
And this without opening the documents.
