In 2371, the U.S.S. Enterprise-D crashed on Veridian III while saving the
planet from Dr. Tolian Soran. With the Galaxy-class ship unsalvagable, the
crew of the Enterprise-D finds itself without a ship, but as is true to

class vessel, U.S.S. Enterprise-E, is given to the crew for her maiden
