Lemon Pepper Fish

This savory fish can be ready to eat in under 10 minutes. Serve with a salad
and a dish of ice cream, and you have a meal for two in no time at all.
Makes 2 Servings.
1/2 lb. pollock (or other mild-tasting fish fillets), fresh or thawed
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt to taste
