The Reachsoft Marketing Software is a
computerised mailing system designed to
help you contact companies and provide
them with information about products or
services that you offer. By using the
RMS you can quickly target customers to
which you want to send material, and
then choose the method by which the
material is sent. The RMS enables you
to contact companies directly using
five methods:

SMS text messages
E-mail
fax
mail merge
mailing labels
By using the RMS you can:
search for the companies that you want
to contact using a variety of criteria
including:
category
company name
geographical location
industry sector
business keyword
area code
address.
view the companies that match your search
select the companies that you want to
contact in a direct mailing
make contact using E-mail, fax, or mail
merge to businesses or contacts
send SMS text messages to any mobile
telephone number
print labels.
The RMS also enables you to design and
layout the material that you want to
send using a range of templates. These
templates are pre-defined text and
graphics that are used as the basis for
direct mailing to a company. You can
also use your own templates or
brochure. The RMS contains a basic
template for each type of direct
mailing and you can create and maintain
your own templates to ensure that your
message is tailored to your requirements.
