Two full Iyengar classes provide 150 minutes of expert Iyengar Yoga instruction for you to practise at home with Louise Sear and Rachel Zinman. Divided into 2 sections: A beginners class (17 postures) and a general class (20 postures). Clear instruction and demonstration.
