This hour and a half lesson Shiva D conducted at the annual Yoga Journal Conference in San Francisco in 2007. On the background of classical performing asanas Shiva concentrate more attention on the flow of movement and the wave nature of vinyasa than their static hold. Lots of useful stuff , very interesting explanations of states arising from the performance of asanas , especially to withdraw from the comfort zone , working with the bandhas , its interpretation of the relationship of breath, flow yoga practice and life change . Each asana is explained on the level of feelings . Shiva the lesson infinitely feminine, positive, she exudes strength, warmth and love . This is not a traditional Vinyasa yoga , there are many elements of improvisation , this yoga "breathe" and she needs to open to experience a completely different wave flow , spontaneous dance life change that exists "beyond the mat ."
