This smooth , soft practice is intended for use during pregnancy to help you establish a connection with a changing body, your baby and achieve inner peace .
You will start with meditation and breathing techniques that reduce stress and fatigue and soothe the mind. Then you move to strengthen the body and increase energy and stamina - that will greatly help you in the process of birth , birth and beyond. You can also enjoy postures for flexibility and relaxation that will give you a sense of peace and reconstruction.
Yoga - a perfect way to keep fit during pregnancy. During each trimester , prenatal yoga develops strength , peace of mind and awareness of beauty and joy that comes into your life.
You may need a chair , blocks and blankets.
Bonus: an exercise in opening the chest and shoulders, and a demonstration of the Dancing Warrior in his chair.
