Sarah Kline completed her two hundred hour training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachussetts in 2000 and is certified as a Kripalu Yoga Instructor. Sarah has studied with David Swensen, Shiva Rhea, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Sharon Gannon and David Life, Bikram Choudry, and Rama Berch. With classes at all three yoga studios in the valley, and one of three Yoga Today instructors, Sarah is well established within the yoga community both locally and world-wide.
Sarah teaches a Kripalu style vinyasa flow, Hot yoga as well as Kundalini. She holds a B.A. in French and a Masters in Psychology and Counseling. She lives here in Jackson with her son, Oliver, and enjoys incorporating breath work as well as yoga philosophy into her career as a counselor. It is always a joy to leave Sarah’s classes; the air feels lighter on the skin and easier to breath.
