Yoga And You balances a physical workout whilst encompassing a positive frame of mind. Leah Bracknell has been practicing Hatha Yoga for almost four years and is studying for the teacher training diploma at the British School of Yoga. This programme has been devised by Leah and British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher Janet Kaye.
