The author recommends starting with one practice , and then move on to its development practice 2 . Practice 3 is executed only after the development of the first two practices and improve the stability of the back. If the first two practices are very soft and are performed only lying third practice is more intense ( in terms of people with bad backs ) , a load , besides it has standing postures . It is recommended by the program as a preventive .
Exercises are accompanied by voice instructions .
