This is a fun series and I can see why it’s getting really popular. I really enjoy reading the installments and usually don’t put them down till I’m done. But there is more to this series of books than just kinky fantasies from a group of bored housewives. I feel like this series is a serious social commentary too. People’s lives are full of hidden fantasies and desires. It’s true of everyone, no matter who you are or where you live.

Everyone who is married knows what it is like to lust after someone other than your spouse. Everyone knows what it is like to have secret desires and thoughts that are far naughtier than we’d care to admit in public. This series is tackling this truth of human nature head on. If you’ve ever thought you were alone in all your private thoughts about sex with other men, you are not. These books prove that. I can’t wait to get to the next installment.
